These suggestions will not only make your property stand out but also help potential buyers or renters see its full potential.
General Guidelines for the Entire Property:
Thorough Clean: Give the whole house a good clean, including vacuuming the carpets, mopping the wooden floors, and wiping down all surfaces.
Windows: Clean all the windows to maximise natural light.
Declutter: Clear away any clutter from surfaces and put away personal items.
Ceiling Fans and Electronics: Turn off ceiling fans, TVs, and computer screens.
Personal Photographs: Temporarily remove any personal photos.
Shoes and Toys: Tidy up shoes and put away any stray toys.
Natural Light: Open all blinds, shutters, and curtains to let in natural light.
Lighting: Turn on all lights to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Space Optimization: Remove any extra furniture to create a sense of spaciousness. Ensure mirrors aren't reflecting in the photos.
Curb Appeal:
Garage and Driveway: Close the garage doors and move cars out of the driveway and front of the property.
Landscaping: Spruce up the yard by sweeping paths, mowing the lawn, and trimming shrubs.
Cobwebs: Get rid of any visible cobwebs around the cornices and door frames.
